On 2020.07.01, it was our great pleasure to bring SINoALICE to the global community, but after three exciting and eventful years, we are sad to announce that SINoALICE Global will be ending service on　2023.11.15 4:59 (UTC).
To all our valued users who've supported SINoALICE and enjoyed playing thus far, we deeply apologize for this sudden announcement. We thank you for your understanding. We are incredibly grateful to our many users, as it is thanks to your overwhelming support since the start of service that we have been able to continue operations up until now.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude once again from all of us here in the management team.

(*1) Due to the end of service, users who have been playing the iOS and Android versions of SINoALICE Global can request a refund for their remaining balance of unused Paid Twilight Crystals.
Please review the notes below for details regarding the refund process.
-Please be aware that you will not be refunded for Paid Twilight Crystals that have already been used or items you have purchased.
-When applying for a refund, you will be required to make an inquiry through the SINoALICE app. Because of this, do not uninstall SINoALICE until the refund process is completed.
-Your app must be updated to ver. 55.0.0 or later to apply for a refund.
-Please be aware that if you change your device, it will not be possible to check your purchase history for paid content. As such, we ask that you refrain from changing or resetting your device.
-We will notify you again about the refund schedule and application process when service ends. Please launch this app on 2023.11.15 5:00 (UTC) to check for updates.
